Roche Boosts African Generic Invirase Output

Swiss drugmaker Roche has announced that it is to help three African companies produce one of its second-line HIV/AIDS drugs. Roche will provide the companies - South Africa's Aspen and Kenyan firms Cosmos and Universal - with the technical assistance to manufacture saquinavir, the generic versions of Invirase.
