Supreme Court Upholds Drug Re-Registrations

The measure, which also applies to diagnostics and medical devices, is seen as key to modernising the country's pharmaceutical market. Illicit registrations of copy products have continued in recent years, and sales of counterfeits remain widespread in Mexico.
