Ecuador, Cuba Partner On Eye Clinics
July 2006 | Industry NewsEcuador has opened two new clinics treating eye disorders with assistance from Cuban medical personnel. The scheme - part of a region-wide initiative launched by the country's Marxist government - claims to have treated more than 1,500 Ecuadorians since beginning in October 2005.
