Nycomed Buys Romanian Drug Firm

Danish pharmaceutical company Nycomed has purchased Romanian firm Ruby De Tacos for an undisclosed fee to further penetrate the central and southern Europe markets. Ruby De Tacos' CEO, Oana Costan, will remain head of the company, which will be renamed Nycomed Romania.
