Clinton Completes African Tour
July 2006 | Industry NewsFormer US President Bill Clinton has completed a tour of sub-Saharan Africa on behalf of his Foundation's efforts to combat HIV/AIDS. The organisation, which was instrumental in extracting price concessions from multinationals on first-line ARVs in 2003, now hopes to do the same for the full range of second-line antiretroviral therapies.
