MNCs Forced To Invest In Batch Testing
May 2006 | FDI AlertA number of leading R&D-based multinationals in Argentina are increasingly obliged to invest in quality control laboratories in order to comply with local red tape. The national drug regulator, ANMAT, obliges foreign firms to carry out fresh tests on all batches of imported products, and refuses to recognise US or EU certification.
