Argentina Updates Medical Product Registrations
April 2006 | Legal NewsArgentine drug regulator ANMAT has published a revision to its drug registration law, No. 3802/04, which will be effective from May 2, 2006. The measure - which was postponed in 2004 - will unify separate procedures for all medical products and devices. Officials claim the legislation is also harmonised with Mercosur
