Viagra Patent Under Threat In Brazil?

In 2005, sales of Cialis totalled BRL145.9mn, a 29.3% year-on-year rise, while Viagra's sales declined 8.3% to BRL181.3mn. The impotence segment as a whole increased by 12% in the year in local currency terms. In volume terms, the market grew 4.4% to 16.67mn units.
