Growth Of Canada's Drug Market Slows
March 2006 | Company Finance AlertCanada's prescription drug market grew by 7.3% to CAD$16.6bn billion (US$14.3bn) in 2005, the smallest increase since 1996. The slow down in growth is attributed to government cost-containment measures, fewer innovative products being introduced and the collapse of the COX-2 inhibitor
