SciGen Continues To Expand Abroad

Singapore-based pharmaceutical company SciGen is planning to build a US$30mn R&D facility in Israel, which will also manufacture biotech products utilising knowledge acquired from Israeli drugmaker Savient Pharmaceuticals. The plant will be located in Rehovot, south of Tel Aviv, close to the Weizmann Institute of Sciences, so that the company can benefit from the influence of skilled personnel in the area.
