R&D Firms In Hong Kong Call For Regulatory Change
June 2006 | Company Finance AlertResearch-based pharmaceuticals companies in Hong Kong, represented by trade association HKAPI, have called on the government to streamline drug registration and approval procedures. Delays to product approval throughout the territory can amount to as much as two years. HKAPI's recommendations also focus on other areas such as generic substitution and hospital pharmacies.
