Indian Generic Firms Open Acquisitions War Chest
April 2006 | FDI AlertAccording to a survey of the local financial community, Indian generic pharmaceutical companies are to spend up to US$3.5bn on foreign acquisitions in the next 12-18 months. The reports indicate that Europe will capture the largest share of the investment, with some US$2bn to be spent in 2006-07.
