Polish biotech manufacturer Bioton is to buy a 21% stake in Ukrainian insulin manufacturer Indar. Bioton is planning further acquisitions in China and Russia. Indar is the biggest insulin manufacturer in Ukraine, with a 70% market share and annual sales of PLN50mn
