Olainfarm To Supply Norway With Bird Flu Drug
March 2006 | Company Finance AlertLatvian firm Olainfarm is to supply the Norwegian government with the antiviral Remantadin (rimantadine) in the event of a bird flu pandemic. The company has eight months to furnish 24mn tablets. Currently, Olainfarm exports the product to CIS member states, Bulgaria, Poland, Lithuania and Georgia. Importantly, it doesn't expect its contract with the Norway to affect supplies with its existing customers.
