Clinical Research Centre Established In The Czech Republic

The Czech Republic and the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, the US, have established a clinical research centre that will strengthen European/US R&D efforts. The International Clinical Research Center is located in Brno - the second largest city in the Czech Republic - and funded by US$80mn of government investment. An additional US$20mn is to be provided by local organisations. The centre will focus on neurovascular diseases, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology and oncology.
