Globalpharma Agrees Out-licensing Deal With Cetirizine
March 2006 | Company Finance AlertUAE-based drugmaker Globalpharma has agreed an out-licensing and supply contract with French drug firm Ethypharm for the marketing and distribution of Cetirizine antihistamine tablets. Under the terms of the deal, Ethypharm will be responsible for developing and manufacturing Cetirzine, while Globalpharma is responsible for the marketing and distribution of the drug in the GCC region.
