J&J Acquires ColdBar

US drugmaker Johnson & Johnson has acquired Israeli healthcare firm ColdBar for US$140mn. ColdBar manufactures collagen-based implants and has developed two new products to date, Ossix, which is for the dental market, and Evolence, an aesthetic treatment used for facial wrinkles.
