Crucell Sells Rhein Biotech To Dynavax
March 2006 | FDI AlertDutch biotechnology firm Crucell is to sell its biopharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing business - Rhein Biotech GmbH - to US company Dynavax Technologies for EUR10mn (US$12.1mn). Rhein Biotech GmbH is a part of Rhein Biotech NV, a company 93% owned by Swiss firm Berna Biotech, which Crucell recently acquired for CHF591mn (US$454mn).
