Counterfeits Impede Malaria Eradication

BMI View: The presence of counterfeit drugs will impede the progress countries make tackling malaria. While we believe it is highly unlikely that counterfeit drug manufacturing will cease completely due to its lucrative nature, it is our view that the authorities have to establish stringent regulatory measures to prevent the use and distribution of fake medicine in their countries.
