Unlikely To See OTC Drugs Sales In Supermarkets

BMI View: BMI's view on the liberalisation of South Korea's over-the-counter (OTC) sector is playing out as the government will allow the sale of OTC drugs in convenience stores. We highlight that given the strong opposition from the pharmacists, it is unlikely that supermarkets will be allowed to sell OTC drugs.
