DCGI Attracts Further Controversy

Rules are poorly designed and implemented improperly. Our key concerns are a lack of appreciation of the risk/reward profiles of modern medicines and personnel working under challenging conditions, where corruption and bureaucracy are endemic. We expect regulatory reforms to be implemented, albeit slowly, so that India's pre-eminence as a clinical trial destination can be maintained.
